In this workshop, we will explore collage as a powerful creative tool – experimenting with layering, typography, scale and juxtaposition. Our central theme will be the nature and the environment, but you are welcome to follow your own inspiration to create a collage around a subject that interests you.
You will develop a greater understanding of composition and visual storytelling, gaining practical techniques to strengthen your artistic voice.
There will be dedicated time to create and experiment in a supportive environment. Collage encourages new ways of seeing, thinking and making – often leading to surprising and exciting results.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediates. Most materials will be provided. Please refer to the materials list for details.
You will leave feeling inspired, creatively energised, and ready to continue your collaging journey.
